We operate a reasonably high-traffic business out of a 3-storey building.

After occupying the building for about a year, our carpet started to stretch and ‘bubble’ throughout the building. It became clear that the original carpet layers had not done the job properly.

We contacted several carpet repair ‘experts’ for solutions and quotes to fix our problems – to cut a long story short, Steve was the only person we got any real sense out of – his price was reasonable (not the cheapest but also far from the most expensive!) and he obviously knows his stuff.

For the right price every room was fixed (out of hours so as not to disturb our business operations) and several months down the track the quality of Steve’s workmanship as a carpet repair and installation expert is still evident.
