Due to cat damage, Steve had the daunting task of repairing 19 separate patches. Steve is a craftsman when it comes to carpet repair and is genuinely keen to ensure the best outcome for the client. He did a brilliant job (even with 10 year old carpet) and I have no hesitation in recommending him and would definitely use him again myself if the need arose. It was money well spent and we saved thousands by not having to re-carpet.
